Which is the minimum time to rent?
The minimum time to rent is 2 nights, with the exception of holiday seasons. There is no limit as to the time to rent. All reservations are subject to apartment’s availability.

How do I book a reservation?
After contacting us by telephone or electronic mail, an advanced payment will be required to confirm the reservation.

How much I should pay for a reservation?
For a two days reservation, 40% of the total amount. For longer stays, 20%. Your booking will be cancelled in case we have not received the payment within the following 48 hours.

Do I need to pay for a security deposit?
For stays shorter than 1 week you are asked to pay a guarantee deposit of 50 €. For longer stays the deposit will be of 100 €. This deposit will be refunded when leaving, once verified the state of the apartment. A reason for loss of the guarantee is to cause damages in the furniture or the apartment or not to leave it in conditions reasonably similar to those found on arrival.
 
When and how do I get the apartment keys?
When you arrive to Espot you should contact us by telephone and one person will come to drive you to the assigned apartment. To the end of the stay we will come to the apartment to collect the keys.

Which are the check-in and check-out times?
The apartment is available from 16:00 hours. The check-out time is 12:00 hours. Should you need to check-out later we will do our best to meet your requirements. These hours are recommended to facilitate your stay and our work.

Is there any additional charge for electricity, gas or water supplies?
There is no additional charge for electricity, gas or water supplies.

 

How often are the apartments cleaned?
Booking includes the cleaning service prior to your arrival.
 
Is there any additional charge for cleaning?
We do not offer daily cleaning service. However, bear in mind all apartments must be left in proper conditions as they were prior to guests’ arrival. Should this not be the case, an extra cleaning fee will be charged.

Are there towels and sheets in the apartments?
Yes. All our apartments have clean sheets and towels.

Sheets are changed once a 6 days and the towels once a 3 days.

What happens if I break something?
Please call us immediately at the phone number we will provide you. We will evaluate the situation and try to repair the damages as soon as possible. Also, we will decide whether you must assume responsibility for the damages caused.

In case you need further information during your stay, please contact us at any time.

Can I cancel my reservation?

The reservation can be canceled 15 days before the check-in.

Are there baby cots in the apartments?
Yes, we provide baby cots in our apartments. It can be a supplement in the final price.

Can I bring my pet?
Yes, we accept pets.

Do the apartments have Internet connection and DVD?
Our apartments have free Internet wifi connection and DVD reproducer.
